- Travel and Accommodation: Organisers are responsible for meeting travel and accommodation expenses, allowing Leigh to focus entirely on delivering an exceptional presentation. Accommodation expenses to be met by organiser.
- Optimised Online Events: For virtual events, organisers should provide speed test opportunities and ensure question and answer sessions are moderated by individuals trained on the event's code of conduct.
- Onstage Timer Visibility: A visible timer on stage helps maintain the flow of presentations. Alternatively, discreet assistance can be provided by a team member or moderator.
- Adherence to Code of Conduct: Leigh commits to speaking only at conferences where a code of conduct is applied, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all attendees.
